Sour Cream Chicken

Chicken
Sour Cream

2 bags of Ritz Crackers
1 generous TBS. of Garlic Salt
3 generous TBS. of parmesan cheese
1 tsp. Accent

Crush crackers in a zip lock bag and add garlic salt, parmesan chees and Accent. Shake closed bag.

Wash and dry chicken pieces. Cover chicken with sour cream, dip in cracker mixture. Place cracker side up in baking pan; pour melted butter or margarine over chicken. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. (Place leveover cracker mixture in sealable container. Keeps indefiniely
